Carnets botaniques : Can I deposit my herbarium at an institution ? (Tuesday 21 September 2021)
The Société Botanique d'Occitanie published on its website a guide about herbaria: how to collect specimens and register the information (in accordance with regulations), how to prepare them, and how to deposit them at an institution registered in the Index Herbariorum.
Amateur herbaria of all ages remain important testimonies of the biodiversity present at a given moment. They can have a scientific and/or patrimonial value.

Long awaited and often postponed, the "1st Herbonauts Day" will take place on the afternoon of 30 June 2021. As a sign of the times, it will be held by videoconference. We will have the pleasure of welcoming a few heads of mission who will present their research results which have greatly benefited from the contributors work to this programme. As we will not be able to exchange views afterwards over a friendly buffet, we invite you to a moment of exchange, also friendly... Please have your questions ready!
ATTENTION: in order to be able to send you an invitation (and to ensure the organisation), please fill in the form below. Mark your calendars!
